Lead and manage the unit in the conceptualisation, development, and implementation of university-wide strategies that support access and success for students from underrepresented cohorts.Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and other key stakeholders, on student equity issues and institutional priorities.Represent Student Equity at strategic university forums and working groups to influence policy and practice across the institution.
