Manager, Strategy & Transformation

This role will hold a key position within the CC Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team. The role will be responsible for planning and executing assigned projects across multi‑functional CC locations and working globally with CC leadership, WBD functional stakeholders, and external partners such as Talent Acquisition and outsourcing partners.

Role Accountabilities

• Plan and execute assigned projects across the following CC S&T Global Processes: Design & Transition, Continuous Improvement, Digital Automation, Training, or Integration.
• Develop a comprehensive execution plan following the relevant Global Process methodology and playbook, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within scope.
• Create plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
