I. Job Summary

Support development of growth strategies to increase performance and drive execution while working alongside senior leadership within Energy and Environmental Services. Collaborate with various cross-functional corporate and area teams to evaluate and coordinate continuous improvement objectives. Contributes to the development of long-term strategy to ensure development of customer experience initiatives, technology related projects and development of internal tools to drive business decisions

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Partners with Staff, Managers, Directors, and VP's to analyze profitability and productivity performance, develop and implement strategic and operational improvement plans to achieve and exceed business goals.
