Manager, Strategic Resource Allocation Manager (Contract)

Job Description

• Implement and ensure policy is communicated to research offices, research performers bytaking ownership of all channels (e.g. updating website, project portal, e-mailers, emails) inaccordance with the planned Call for Projects schedule.
• Implement workflows and SOP in accordance with policy
• Manage day-to-day research performers requests and queries
• Execute Call for Projects administration (including managing applications, LOA issuance,Quarterly projections, and Onboarding) according to schedule.
• Implement monthly utilisation rate tracking reports (dashboards with Excel or Power BI)for management reporting
• Provide a structured summary of utilisation performance by orgs and share withrespective ROs during monthly engagement sessions, and provide recommendations toimprove user experience
• Ensure that research performers requests for support are met on time.
