Job Description
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service
- Ensure customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Facilitate superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customer
- Additional ad‑hoc store manager duties as needed
- Negotiate vendor contracts
