Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty centre, including scheduling, staffing, and client services.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, therapists, and receptionists to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the centre meets cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of products and supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
- Track sales and service performance and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and client experience.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Keep up with beauty industry trends and recommend new services or products.
