Be the point of contact for employees who do not have a salaried supervisor on shift including sanitation, general labor and 12-hour support. · Seek opportunities to talk to all employees about the Plant mission, goals, and expectations. Promote empowerment and individual accountability. Teach problem solving, interaction management and situational leadership when problems arise.
