Manager-Shared Security Services (SOC)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Security Operations & Team Leadership:
Lead day-to-day operations of the shared security services team across enterprise, cloud, identity, and endpoint environments, including monitoring, triage, investigation, escalation, containment, and recovery.
Directly manage and develop team members (analysts and operators), including goal setting, feedback, coaching, and personal development plans.
Build a team culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
Maintain and evolve working instructions, SOPs, incident handling standards, runbooks, playbooks, and service documentation used by the team.
Liaise with Service Managers and Service Owners to align expectations, clarify interfaces, and ensure the team’s responsibilities are clearly defined and understood.
