The Foreign Manpower Management Division’s work is to maintain high compliance of the work pass framework and to protect migrant workers (MWs) and migrant domestic workers (MDWs)’ basic rights. This helps businesses get the foreign manpower they need to grow, thereby providing employment opportunities for locals. The Licensing Branch supports the division’s mission by managing regulatory compliance and service standards of Employment Agencies (EAs).

As a Senior Manager/Manager in the Licensing Branch, you will assess licence applications in accordance with established licensing frameworks and service standards.
