• You will manage the daily operations of the EB claims department.
• You will assess EB claims and handle complaints cases to resolve disputes.
• You will develop and execute EB claims strategies.
• You will participate in various projects to enhance claims workflow and internal system.
• You will attend regular management meetings to provide commentary and claims recommendations.
• You will provide mentorship to junior claims handlers.
