Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager Sales (MRO Lead) to drive the growth of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) and aftermarket business across the UAE oil & gas and industrial sector, with a strategic focus on upstream wellhead solutions , while continuing to develop opportunities across midstream and downstream applications .
The role will be responsible for building a profitable service-driven business, expanding customer relationships, developing strategic accounts and leading the transition into the upstream wellhead segment.
