Manager, Sales

The Manager, Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, strategic client relationship management, and market development efforts across all revenue-generating areas of the hotel, including Rooms and Food & Beverage. Supporting the leadership team in the execution of sales strategies, the role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing and expanding existing accounts, and enhancing the hotel's market presence through effective sales calls, client engagement, networking, and market intelligence. By building strong customer relationships and actively pursuing revenue opportunities, the Manager, Sales plays a critical role in achieving monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring alignment with the hotel's overall business objectives and commercial goals.
