Strategic
- Sales Performance Management - Execute branch sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual target for both new and pre-own business.
- Financial Management- Prepare and monitor branch budget, operating expenses and profitability. Controlling cost and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Drive add-on product to increase profitability.
- Operational Excellence and Risk Management - Oversee daily branch operation in with compliance set by the Company and other stakeholder. Responsible on the showroom inventory and display standard as per OEM. Implement set mandate by HSSE.
- Team Leadership and Development- Recruit, train and retain high performing associate both frontline and support. Support the Head of Sales in areas of training and development defined by the AG Auto way of selling.
