Manager, RMF Issues Management

Purpose

The Manager, Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management supports the effective execution of the Issues Management framework for Scotia Securities Inc. (SSI) and Tangerine Investment Funds Limited (TIFL), both CIRO‑regulated Mutual Fund Dealers. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management and provides hands‑on support in the intake, validation, coordination, tracking, and reporting of issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the day‑to‑day operation of the Retail Mutual Funds Issues Management framework, ensuring issues are accurately assessed, tracked, and reported across SSI and TIFL.
• Manage a centralized issue repository, overseeing intake, validation, ongoing monitoring, milestone tracking, and closure of multiple concurrent issues.
