Manager - Revenue Operations

Overview

Manage and administer Khazna CMS and commercial systems ensuring they support business operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CRM structures including opportunity stages, deal types, products, pricing fields, workflows and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee pipeline governance by monitoring opportunity progression, pipeline health, forecast accuracy and stage‑gate compliance.
• Conduct regular pipeline review meetings with sales and commercial teams to identify risks, slippage and forecast changes.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPI reports, forecasting reports and executive reporting packs.
• Establish and enforce commercial data governance standards ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency and audit readiness.
• Monitor data quality through compliance tracking scorecards and reporting accuracy measures.
