Manager, Retail Experience + Education

**Description**

The Manager, Retail Experience + Education plays a critical role in bringing Clinique’s retail activations to life across North America, serving as the education lead and makeup expert for the consumer experience. This role translates key launches, promotional moments and brand priorities into clear, compelling educational approaches that equip Consultants to drive engagement, conversion and client loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities:

Retail Experience, Makeup Intensification & Consumer Activations

+ Partner with the Director, Retail Experience + Education to execute Clinique’s retail experience and makeup strategy, ensuring launches, promotional priorities and franchise moments are effectively brought to life across channels.
+ Define end-to-end educational journeys for key events, aligning touchpoints to drive engagement, recruitment, conversion, retention and loyalty.
