Job Summary



As part of the Corewell Health Research Institute (CHRI), the Clinical Research Manager provides leadership and oversight of the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the clinical research staff to assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, protocols, and delivery system policies. Partners with CHRI, as well as clinical service line/hospital leadership and physician investigators to develop and manage key performance metrics for responsible research portfolios. Provides clinical operations support services to grow research within Corewell Health. Plans, organizes and educates other managers, investigators (physicians, nurses, scientists), and team members and is responsible for the overall development and growth of the individual research departments and programs.
