**Job Purpose:**

The Manager, Remanufacturing Supply Chain is the accountable business and supply chain leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Progress Rail's remanufacturing value chain. The role integrates Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Aftermarket, Operations, and Finance to deliver cost-competitive, high-quality remanufactured products with improved lead times, availability, margins, and customer value.

This position is intended to use the Caterpillar Product Lifecycle leadership structure as the closest base, while explicitly expanding accountability for remanufacturing supply chain performance, core availability, Clear-to-Build, lead time, cost, supplier performance, inventory, margin improvement, and commercial integration.
