Manager - R&D Tracks (CEAT_JR_2746)

Lead end-to-end development of solid/resilient/press-on tyres for material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, etc.).

Working closely with the compounding expert, marketing, and manufacturing/quality teams, you will translate market and OEM requirements into robust product specifications, define design and construction, manage prototyping and validation, lead failure analysis, and ensure smooth industrialization.

This is a high-impact role with full ownership of the development agenda, ensuring products meet performance, durability, cost, and application requirements.
