Manager, PXT, Portfolio Management & Execution

**Description**

Reporting to the Portfolio Management & Execution Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the execution, tracking, and governance of the PX project portfolio. The Manager translates portfolio priorities into actionable work plans, provides visibility across active programs and workstreams, and helps ensure initiatives remain on track, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with PXT Leadership, HR COEs, EBS, Finance, IT, and external partners to coordinate activities, monitor risks and dependencies, and maintain reporting and governance processes that support informed decision-making.
