Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered on time and at optimised cost. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand. Ensure that production meets highest quality standards and specifications. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, including unionized workmen. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.
