**Job Description**
Financial crimes data strategy is not discretionary work — it sits at the intersection of regulatory obligation and enterprise risk. The volume and criticality of data workstreams across CRR and GCIP demand dedicated ownership that the current model cannot sustain. Data discoveries, data standardization, categorization, and derivation are active, high-stakes deliverables with direct implications for regulatory commitments and risk rating accuracy. These efforts are currently absorbed by team members with competing program responsibilities — creating execution risk precisely where the organization can least afford it.
