Job Summary

:Lead a product development team in Biel, Switzerland, delivering gate driver solutions from concept to series production, including circuit design/simulation, transformer development, and low/high-voltage testing, while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Ideal for an electrical engineer with 5+ years’ experience, proven technical leadership, strong SPICE and lab skills, and high ownership. Responsibilities:
  • Lead of the product development team in Biel/Switzerland focusing on:
  • Development of gate driver solutions from specification to series production following internal processes
  • Development of transformers used in gate driver solutions
  • Design and optimization of analog and digital circuits with calculations and simulations
  • Evaluation of new circuits and components
