In this role you will:
Standardize proposal and investment data management for domestic and international wealth channels
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the standardized proposal service offering, including workflow coordination, quality oversight, and execution support for investment proposals, external account reviews, and related client-facing content across wealth channels.
• Enhance and maintain standardized proposal templates, content requirements, quality controls, disclosure standards, and governance routines to improve consistency, scalability, turnaround times, and alignment with branding and regulatory expectations.
• Manage the investment data management function by coordinating the sourcing, collection, validation, maintenance, recurring updates, and controlled use of data from various internal and external sources to support deliverables, including proposals, reporting, analytics, dashboards, platform collater...
