Manager, Portfolio Growth & Pricing Strategy

**Job Purpose:**

This role will focus on driving sustainable growth of the Individual Health (LIH) portfolio through data-driven pricing strategy, portfolio diagnostics, and targeted commercial actions. The position will partner closely with Pricing, Marketing, and Distribution to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion and retention, and enhance portfolio profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Lead portfolio growth analytics and strategy for LIH products, leveraging actuarial, customer, and distribution insights to identify growth levers;
+ Drive end-to-end diagnostics of sales and conversion funnel, including lead quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer behavior;
+ Develop and recommend targeted pricing and campaign strategies to improve new business growth, retention, and portfolio mix;
