Vacancy Description
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and strategies that prevent, detect, and address bribery and corruption risks within the organization. This role works closely with Maybank Group, legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to anti-bribery laws and regulations, while fostering a culture of integrity and transparency.
- The position supports the business in maintaining its ethical standards and securing sustainable, compliant growth.
- To design, implement, and maintain effective policies and procedures that ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Financing of Terrorism, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Risk Assessments, Identify, assess, analyze and report AML/CFT, Bribery and Corruption risks within the organization and across its divisions.
