Provides operational support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, learning & development, off-boarding and etc. and works closely with the Head of Department in supporting designated business units.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering
• Act as a business partner to the assigned functions
• Ensure that all relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and followedand meet all legislative requirements
• Provide monthly monitor and update of HR key figures (headcount/personnel cost/overtime) to management and external parties
• Drive and secure high quality and full adherence to the compensation & benefits process, including pension and insurance schemes in accordance with external labor market competitiveness as well as internal consistency
