Designation: Manager – Placement Partnerships Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience About the Role:- The Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, coordinating, and monitoring external placement consultants to support student placements across various academic programmes. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and empanel credible placement consultants and recruitment partners. Negotiate MoUs, commercials, targets, timelines, and service terms. Share stream-wise placement requirements and ensure consultants provide suitable core/domain-relevant opportunities. Coordinate placement drives, interviews, offer letters, joining, and follow-up. Conduct monthly reviews against agreed targets. Track consultant-wise performance, cost per placement, salary, joining, retention. Verify company credibility, job role, compensation, and student safety before drives. Ensure consultants do not charge any fee to students.
