Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Develop, monitor, and report hospital-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Balanced Scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Track departmental and organizational performance against strategic and operational goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment of operational objectives with hospital strategy and regulatory requirements.
Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality management methodologies.
- Identify inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
