Manager, Payroll

The payroll manager is hands-on and expected to run day-to-day payroll operations. This position supports new and existing payroll systems, manages vendor contracts and relationships, drives process standardization, automation, and improvement to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness. This role is part of the Finance Team and reports into Shared Services.

**Primary Position Tasks:**

+ Manage the end-to-end payroll processing utilizing payroll and HR systems (ADP Workforce Now and Workday) and soon to be using UKG
+ Provide leadership development to direct report(s) to optimize operational excellence and create experienced talent
+ Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams throughout the payroll cycle
+ Strong knowledge of statutory and payroll tax regulations, working knowledge of payroll best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies
