Job Summary

This role leads the strategy and commercial performance of PayPal’s consumer loyalty program in Spain, one of the company’s fastest-growing strategic initiatives. The Manager will own market-level growth outcomes, drive cross‑functional execution across local commercial, partnerships, product, marketing, and financial services teams, and shape how the program evolves in a key international market.
