Key skills: Oracle Applications (Finance, SCM, HCM, or related modules), ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom workflows), Oracle Taleo or similar ATS

Experience • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise application management or IT systems delivery.

• Minimum 5+ years in a people management role, managing teams of 10+ resources. • Hands-on or leadership experience supporting: o Oracle Applications o ServiceNow platform o Oracle Taleo or similar ATS

• Strong experience managing SOX controls for IT applications. Technical & Functional Skills

• Solid understanding of Oracle application architecture and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, ITSM processes, and platform governance.
