Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Process Management – Manage timely completion of operational processes and strict adherence to controls to maintain target service levels.
• Operational Governance – Reviewing process procedures periodically. Develop & implement comprehensive operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.
• Technical Oversight – Ensure technical quality, system or architecture decisions, and best practices in process are maintained. Stay current with relevant technologies and industry trends.
• Project Management & Delivery – Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and monitor progress and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Continuous Process Improvement – Drive and track automation initiatives to streamline operations. Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities and execute implementation.
