Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services at competitive prices.
- Prepare event costing and budgets under senior supervision.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, staffing, transportation, and supplier timelines.
- Assist in venue research, vendor contracting, and operational planning.
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
- Stay updated on event industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Events operation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
