Manager (Operations Capability)

What the role is:

You develop and enhance operational capability in the domain of service delivery for MINDEF/SAF. Your role involves key responsibilities in operational planning, system management, parliamentary duties, and event organisation.

What you will be working on:

- Develop the structure, concept of operations (CONOPS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure undisrupted MINDEF/SAF service operations- Draw up plans for refresh, and ensure the availability and relevance of the MINDEF/SAF Intranet systems and processes- Coordinate parliamentary duties and responses for Parliamentary Questions (PQ), Committee of Supply (COS) Debate and other Parliamentary sessions and processes for MINDEF/SAF- Plan and organise National Day Observance Ceremonies at MINDEF Building- Take ownership of assigned areas of work and assist with other tasks/projects as needed for the overall success of the departmentChallenge(s)- Managing diverse responsibilities from operation...
