The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) is the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore and oversees key aspects of children's development below the age of seven across both kindergartens and childcare centres. Officially launched on 01 April 2013, ECDA is an autonomous agency jointly overseen by Ministry of Education (MOE) and Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and is hosted under MSF.
