What will I be doing?

A Manager On Duty is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage outlets, Front Desk, and overall hotel operations to deliver an excellent experience to Guests and Members, while monitoring team member standards.

• Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Being a hotel ambassador: being visible and available to guests and team members
• Ensure all outlets are staffed according to business levels
• Leading by example, maintaining proper behavior at all times in accordance with the company's values and code of conduct
