**Job Description**
The Manager of Vendor Relationships oversees and optimizes all third‑party facilities service vendors across a campus environment. This role ensures that HVAC, boilers, landscaping, custodial, electrical, plumbing, and life safety contractors deliver high-quality services in compliance with contracts, budgets, and campus standards. The manager uses a CMMS platform to coordinate preventative maintenance, track work orders, and support efficient, safe, and reliable campus operations.
