POSITION SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the Superintendent of Education, the Manager of Mental Health and Wellness provides system-level leadership, management, and strategic direction for student mental health services and mental health promotion across the system. The position is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Board’s Mental Health and Addictions Strategy, annual action plans, student mental health service pathways, crisis response supports, professional learning, and related policies, protocols, and procedures.
