Job Summary:

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for ensuring effective training delivery of classroom, web based and one-on-one training to technical staff; leveraging advanced knowledge of products, operational workflows, and or clinical work, and implementing frequent application enhancements into each curriculum trained; approving and implementing updates and optimization for multiple applications in support of organizational strategic initiatives to end-users; proactively monitoring end user support during system go-lives, content, and annual application upgrades and considering others recommendations on how to improve end user system proficiency and address end users system issues; overseeing analysis of client business processes and functional application requirements and planning next steps based on findings; providing problem resolution of highly complex information systems related issues and addressing wide range of conc...
