The Role
Our site in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a New Production Introduction (NPI) Manager to join the team. The site manufactures Liquid Micro Contamination Control (LMC) membrane products such as ultra‑high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE) membrane and other membrane products for the semi‑conductor and life science industries. The manager will assist in the startup of the new membrane operations plant, including commissioning, qualifying, and scaling up products/processes from development to manufacturing. Strong communication, management, and team‑building skills are essential, along with experience in membrane manufacturing or a related field.
