Anlyse & provide technical content based on the needs for implementing On The Job trianings at the dealerships by Cluster Trainers and setting up process and implementing CB initiatives (physical /digital) pertaining to Service aiming towards improvement of CX delivery. Identify the manpower adequacy requirement in Dealership / cities & Identify the institutes to ensure availability of students from the required trades / branches and make them available for industry. CSR tie up scope as well
Collaborating and making resource (training aids, content etc) available with Institutes for succesful deployment
Liasioning with partners & vendors for trainings , Institutional tie ups et
