Manager, Member Payment

**Job Description**
**General Purpose:**

Manage the timely and accurate processing of member weight entry, customer balancing, and hauler payroll. Function as a liaison with other departments such as accounting, field representatives, and logistics planning/dispatch to streamline communication. Support senior management with producer and hauler master data management efforts, payroll processes, and other projects or analyses as needed. Manage daily team operational activities and oversee the professional development of the member services staff.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor all member services team activities related to the accurate and timely weight entry and balancing processes during each advance and month-end period
+ Prepare, facilitate, and analyze reports on producer, customer, and hauler weight information
