About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee our national Equipment Services operations. This role leads a mobile team of field technicians and third-party vendors in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead and optimize national field service operations to meet service level agreements and customer expectations
Manage technician scheduling, territories, and productivity using Salesforce (FSL)
Oversee inventory, equipment repairs, and budget performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices
Ensure timely resolution of service issues and clear client communication
Collaborate with Dispatch and Finance to ensure accurate billing and service delivery
