Manager, Media & AV

The Manager, Media & AV is responsible for the planning, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise audio-visual services across classrooms, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and event venues. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of AV operations, vendor integrations, lifecycle management, and service delivery to ensure high-quality, reliable user experience.

The Manager, Media & AV partners closely with IT, Facilities, Academic/Business units, and external vendors to standardize AV platforms, manage upgrades, and align AV solutions with organizational goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the enterprise AV roadmap, standards, and lifecycle strategy across all supported spaces.

Define and maintain AV design standards, room typologies, and technology reference architectures.

Align AV services with collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex) and enterprise IT standards.
