We are looking for a dynamic, forward‑thinking Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) & Performance Management to join our progressive educational institution. In this role, you will shape the growth, culture, and capabilities of our academic and administrative talent.
You will lead the end‑to‑end employee development lifecycle, oversee our performance appraisal systems, and head impactful corporate HR projects. To be successful, you must hold a valid HRD Corp (HRDC) Certified Trainer credential (TTT).
