Position: Manager L & D
Location:  Thrissur
Experience: 10+years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development in NBFC Industry 
Salary : Upto 12 Lacs 
Key Responsibilities
* Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Gold Loan(Mandatory), Microfinance, or Retail Financial Services is preferred.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale training programs across multiple locations.
* Develop and execute the organization's annual learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and regions to identify competency gaps.
* Design and implement training calendars for branch operations, sales, customer service, collections, compliance, and leadership development
