Manager, IT Shared Services - Onsite

The IT Shared Services Manager is responsible for IT Asset Management (ITAM), software, hardware, vendor, and contract management. The Manager also plays a key role interfacing between all areas of the business and IT.

This is an **onsite** position, located in Springfield, Missouri.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory functions.
+ Manages the operations of the IT contract management process.
+ Minimizes IT cost through standardization and process improvement.
+ Oversees procurement, vendor negotiations and vendor management.
+ Partners with legal and procurement business teams.
+ Defines and enhances ITAM processes.
+ Manages subordinate staff supporting contract, audit, vendor, and asset management.
+ Liaises between IT vendors and leadership.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
