The business operates across complex investment structures and partners with leading institutional investors and financial institutions globally.
Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver investor reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, annual) across SPVs and investment structures
- Manage reporting to private equity co‑investors, joint venture partners, and lenders
- Perform equity return calculations including IRR, MOIC, and distribution waterfalls
- Support drawdowns, distributions, and capital account tracking
- Prepare lender reporting, including covenant calculations and compliance certificates
- Assist with capital markets reporting obligations, including sukuk/disclosure requirements
