Investigate non‑compliance with directions, licence conditions, content codes and relevant legislation administered by IMDA.

Recommend appropriate penalty for contraventions and take follow‑up action.

For cases to be prosecuted in court, prepare draft charges, statement of facts, and investigation papers.

Assist external legal counsel in preparation of case for court proceedings, attend court proceedings, and testify as a prosecution witness as needed.

Assist in developing and reviewing penalty frameworks (as required).

Assist in conducting periodic review, design, and implementing case management system and reviewing existing investigation processes and workflows (as required).

• 5 years of experience in investigations, regulatory, legal and/or analysis.
